It's a new day at the night market
This year, the owls found a perfect place to observe the whole festival.
A better name for it, they thought: was the festival of color.
On the Other Side of the Town. A place where street lights were especially broken during the night. On weekends, cars only sped up the one way with their high beams while motorcycles that muted any other sound in the neigh hood, did a version of cat walk for men wearing wheels and motor as accessory.
The owls never liked motors. That's why on most days, they prefer the Other Side of Town. It's normally quieter and darker there.
But not as enjoyable.
(everyday a festival is not happening in you proximity is a day filled with depression and depressing sandwiches, depressive smoke, depressive water. The majority of your skin hibernates.

If you look around and pay attention to very split on very tree, you can see pair upon pairs of owls observing the nigh festival.
Owls cannot hear Tulihs sound. They can only hear vibrating sounds, but only if the vibration is on a certain rhythm that causes some movement in the matter around it. The most potent of this vibration is the motor sound, which in the eyes of the owls, moves the wind in a fast forward pattern. The owls hated the motor sound.--- A flash back a hundred miles per hour (replace the units to owl unites). Generations of owls been eradicated as a result of the motor sound pollution. It has changed the whole course of owl existence, their motivation, their focus. - to now, every aspect of the owl lively hood, is structured in response to the motor waves. In fact, owl scientists have found ways to use motor waves as energy source; ways to transform, translate, transcribe, the waves to make owl music. But nothing beats the sound of no motor, a very expensive sound, a sound that is quite rare, and almost impossible to find. The owl coexist with this reality  ----
Except on this day, the festival day. Tulihs limit the aggressive motor use all around the festival location radius (in owl units). The waves from the queen Tulihs overtakes all waves, and fills the whole neighborhood with a sweet wetness.
